Rural
Rural Roots , Jamestown B.B.
is a newly formed trio venturing into the world of bluegrass music.  All band members are from the Winterbrook/Jamestown area and are still pursuing their academic studies. Eighteen year old Brandon Peddle plays guitar, Ryan Pitts, also eighteen, plays the bass and Robert Russell, sixteen, plays mandolin. All take their turn at singing lead and doing harmonies.  We come from families that are very active musically.  Brandon's grandfather, Rex Yetman, is well known bluegrass musician and mandolin player.  Ryan's father, Marvin, played country music for many years for dances in the area. Robert is best known locally for the many musical events his country/rock group Double "R"
